First Order Secretarial – Change Release July 2019

As you will have noticed, FirstOrder Secretarial has gone through a few changes recently. This includes a facelift and added functionality based on your requests. We hope you find this enhances FirstOrder, and as always we welcome your feedback on any of the new features or ideas on how we can improve in the future.

You now have the ability to build a workflow task for key events, such as confirmation statements, appointment of directors, allotment of shares, etc. You can add stage items with deadline/reminder dates and completion dates, plus add notes and assign them to users if you wish.

We have created the short video below to demonstrate how this works:

Not happy with our design of share certificates and dividend vouchers? You can now upload your own template and add the fields to drop in the variable information into your template document. This can be accessed via My Office > Templates

Companies House Forms

I’m sure you will have already noticed that you can preview and download a Companies House form to check or gain approval before the document is sent for electronic submission. This can be found via Filing > Company Forms. You can still file directly via the Filing Centre if you wish to bypass this step.
