Solo is software which maintains all statutory registers for a private limited company, manages single or multiple companies, prints Companies House forms and lots more.

It directly replaces the bulky boxed and ring-bound paper systems of the past. The Solo software is FREE. Furthermore, there are no support or maintenance charges and all upgrades will also be free. The cost is based on the number of companies you wish to administer. For example one company is £21.28 however 100 companies would be £9.75 each plus vat. The software is also provided as an alternative company register when ordering First Corporate's company formation packages. Using Solo to maintain company registers is FREE! Key file purchases only arise when filing forms and using Solo's full secretarial functions.

Although easy to use, Solo is actually a fully functional multi-company secretarial system with linked companies and directors, approved Companies House forms, minutes and management data for professional users. Solo also has a very comprehensive help file and numerous on screen 'hint' buttons which dynamically show novice and private users how to keep registers and meet statutory requirements for filing. There are no restrictions on Solo. Private users can have a copy of Solo for a single company and professional users can have any number of companies linked into the same database. Discounts are available for users purchasing more than 10 'key' files.
