		Registered Office Service £ 60 + vat We will act as registered office for any company based at our Cardiff office address. This address is for official documents and not for trading purposes. The fee for this service is renewable annually.

		Full Secreterial Service £ 150 + vat We are appointed Company Secretary and ensure that the Company's statutory responsibilities are fulfilled and the client's Company Register be maintained at our office. Please note that the Company Secretary will not attend board meetings.

		Nominee Secretary £ 75 + vat The nominee Secretary service is where we nominate a corporate representative to act as company secretary of your company. This is our only involvement apart from signing any forms that need to be signed by the Company Secretary.

		Nominee Shareholder £ 85 + vat This service is for the provision of one of our corporate nominees to act as shareholder for and on behalf of the beneficial owner of shares in a company. We would send to you a shareholders agreement and upon receipt issue a declaration of trust and signed stock transfer form. The service is especially advantageous if you wish to keep shareholders anonymous.
