A full and comprehensive formation service is provided. We supply Readymade and Bespoke companies in various formats. Clients have a choice of five Option Packages depending on the needs of the practice or their client.

All companies are supplied with: Full transfer documentation. First Board Minutes for completion. A starter pack of forms. If required a quality boxed A4 loose leaf register or computerised company register (see SOLO) and/or plier seal. Five bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Choosing an Option Route means you don't receive what you'll never use. If clients wish, they can dictate an option of their own. We are happy to tailor one to suit.
