The companies are formed electronically through our bespoke Company Formation system FIRST ORDER. We can form companies using the client Director/Shareholder details or our Nominee Director or we can supply a readymade company (readymade -private companies only).

TO FORM A COMPANY- CLICK ON THE FIRST ORDER LOGO AND REGISTER YOUR DETAILS- ALL YOU NEED IS AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD TO LOG ON- ONCE REGISTERED YOU CAN FORM A COMPANY AND ALSO ADMINISTER YOUR EXISTING COMPANIES

Types of Company Formation formed through our system

PRIVATE COMPANY- standard company- with optional class shares and transfer provisions

PLC -Public Limited Company

FLAT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- a vehicle used to administer a block of flats or property management set up- These are formed Limited by Shares or by Guarantee and we also supply a Golden Share set up

GUARANTEE COMPANY- Mainly used for Clubs and Associations

CHARITY- We can form a charitable company using the charity commissioners approved draft articles, we would need a bespoke Objects Clause (business of the charity)

CIC- Community Interest Company- these are quite complex and usually only formed manually with Companies House

Unlimited Company- quite rare nowadays but can be formed manually through Companies House with our bespoke articles

LLP- Limited Liability Partnerships- formed electronically through our system
